[Ota Ward] Kamata’s Tire Park is under construction due to Corona ♡ Be careful of playset and bicycle parking lot!

まだまだ緊急事態宣言ですね。元々私は「緊急事態宣言やるくらいなら、世界一の病床率なのにすぐ崩壊する医療体制さっさとどうにかしろよ。飲食店の人かわいそう」と思っている派なので、自粛はほぼしていません。（人が屋内で密接に集まる場所を避け、マスク＆手洗いはしています）なので、子供とのおでかけも普通にしているのですが、緊急事態宣言中はやはり動物園や水族館がお休みです；

そうそう毎週フランス料理とかも食べていられないので、今週は前から行きたかった「タイヤの公園」にトライしてみることにしました。

そんな訳で、今回の「東京の小学生とおでかけ！」のテーマは東京・大田区の「西六郷公園（通称：タイヤ公園）」です。

I can’t eat French food every week, so this week I decided to try the “Tire Park” that I’ve always wanted to visit. For that reason, the theme of this “Going out with elementary school students in Tokyo!” Is “Nishi-Rokugo Park (commonly known as Tire Park)” in Ota Ward, Tokyo.

え？タイヤ公園って蒲田以外にもあるの？

初めて京浜東北線の車窓からタイヤの恐竜を見た時、「川崎、やるな！」と思いました。別に川崎は関係なんですけどねｗ川崎から蒲田に行く途中にあるので、川崎にある公園、と思っている方もいるようです。でも、実際はJR蒲田駅から徒歩15分の都市公園です。（タイヤ公園の正式名称は「西六郷公園」でした。）

タイヤ公園について調べてみると、板橋区や埼玉県にもあるようです。でも、蒲田のタイヤ公園のようにタイヤを3,000個も使って、行政（大田区）と本気でタッグを組んでいる公園はなかったです。「タイヤ公園　板橋」などの検索キーワードで調べても、タイヤが半分に切られたものが５個くらいハードルのように並べられてるだけ、、。

それじゃ、この本系のタイヤ公園とは比べられないって話ですよ！！それぐらい、西六郷公園は個性的で「タイヤ公園と言えば」という冠言葉がつけられるほど、有名な公園です。

However, there was no park like Kamata’s Tire Park that used 3,000 tires and seriously teamed up with the government (Ota Ward). Well then, it’s a story that can’t be compared with this main Taiya Park! !! Nishirokugo Park is so famous that it is so unique that the word “tire park” can be attached.

公園って、普通はコロナ禍や緊急事態宣言中でもやっているはずなんですが。以前、うちの近所の公園の遊具は2020年の５月に鎖や紐で縛られて子供が遊べなかったという悲しい過去があります。そのため、一応（タイヤ公園、やってるんかな？）と公式ホームページを見てみました。

すると、５月12日より利用再開いたします、と書かれてあり、どうやら緊急事態宣言中でもオープンしていそうな感じです。ヨカッタ♡ 家の近所の公園はもう、行き過ぎて新鮮味がなくなっていたので助かります！

大田区の公式ホームページを見ると、「西六郷公園改良工事に伴い、2021年3月22日から2021年9月末日（予定）まで、園内の一部を閉鎖させていただきます。」と記載があります。園内の一部ってどんぐらいなのん？と、少し、私は気になりました。でも、全然大したことなかったです。お子様、全力で遊べるレベルの工事でしたよ。

Looking at the official website of Ota Ward, it says, “A part of the park will be closed from March 22, 2021 to the end of September 2021 (scheduled) due to the Nishirokugo Park improvement work.” There is. How much is a part of the park? I was a little worried. But it wasn’t a big deal at all. It was a level of construction that children could play with all their might.

工事は①２番目に大きな滑り台（雑色駅方面、公園管理事務所の左横）の周りと②京浜東北線の線路沿いの周り、の２箇所のみ。公園のど真ん中で工事をしているわけではなかったので、普通に子供達や親子連れはたくさん来ていました。ざっと200名以上はいたんじゃないかな？

There are only two constructions: (1) around the second largest slide (in the direction of Zoshiki Station, on the left side of the park management office) and (2) around the Keihin Tohoku Line along the railroad tracks. I wasn’t working in the middle of the park, so a lot of children and parents and children usually came. I think there were roughly 200 or more people.

タイヤ公園への最寄り駅は２つあります。１つ目は、前述しました①JR京浜東北線「蒲田駅」です。蒲田駅を降りたら、西口（右方向）に進みましょう。

タイヤ公園に行く前に疲弊したくないので、私はタクシーに乗りました。770円くらいでした。徒歩だと１５～２０分です。（子連れ）周辺に住んでいる方なら、線路沿いを川崎方面へまっすぐ進めばよいので、電動付き自転車（若い方は普通の自転車）で子供載せて行けると思います。バスの場合は、ここ西口から、東急バス「六郷土手行（蒲01）」で西六郷一丁目下車8分です。バス停の数は全部で７個です。時刻表はコチラ。料金は大人220円、子供110円です。

I took a taxi because I didn’t want to get tired before going to Tire Park. It was about 770 yen. If you live in the area, you can go straight along the railroad track toward Kawasaki, so I think you can carry your child on an electric bicycle (ordinary bicycle for young people). By bus, take the Tokyu Bus bound for Rokugo Dote (Gama 01) from the west exit and get off at Nishi Rokugo 1-chome, which is 8 minutes away. There are 7 bus stops in total. ②京急本線「雑色駅」から行く方法

②京急本線「雑色駅」（ぞうしきえき）から行く方法もあります。雑色駅からだと徒歩７分です。雑色駅の出口も西口です。西口に着いたら右手に曲がり、角のロッテリアで左折。雑色商店街通りをひたすら真っすぐ歩き、線路を超えたら右折。まっすぐ歩いたら左手にタイヤ公園が見えてきます。

ネット情報を見ると、公式ページ以外にも「いこーよ」や「じゃらん」などの民間おでかけサイトに「タイヤ公園行ってきた」の記事がたくさん見つけられます。それだけでなく、タイヤ公園は人気すぎて「タイヤ公園行ってきた」の動画まであるんです。それらを見ていると、行くのが楽しみになりますね♡

遊具がない公園もボールやブレーブボードなどを持参したりピクニックをすれば楽しめるんですが、それって「お母さんがたくさん荷物持たなきゃいけない」パターンですよね。子供が小さい場合。行きは良くても、帰りは「ママ、重い～」みたいになるし。こどもの好奇心はめくるめくので、遊具の種類が少ないとせっかく行っても30分くらいで飽きたり。しかし、タイヤ公園ではうちのはっちゃんは２時間遊んでも「やだ！まだ帰らない！」と大声で叫ぶほど、夢中で遊び倒しました♡

タイヤ公園内には、廃材タイヤを使った個性的なオブジェが全部で４体あります。あ、亀も入れたら５体です。「のぼるな」と貼り紙がありますが、何名かの子供は登っちゃってます；

タイヤって遊具としてのポテンシャルが高いんですね。タイヤ公園には至るところにタイヤがありますが、ブランコにもなるし、ベンチにもなるし、ジャングルジムにもなるし。タイヤが並べられているだけで、なぜか裸足でその上を歩きたくなる衝動に駆られるんですよね。うちの子だけでなく、公園では多数の裸足の子供達を見かけました。

Tires have high potential as playsets. There are tires everywhere in the tire park, but it can be a swing, a bench, or a jungle gym. Just because the tires are lined up, for some reason you are urged to walk barefoot on them. Not only my child, I saw many barefoot children in the park.

タイヤ公園には大きな滑り台が２つ、ブランコは２つ、小さな滑り台が１つ、タイヤが挟まったジャングルジムが１つ、砂場があります。その他にも、大きなタイヤの中に入れるブランコがあり、これは常に子供が並んでいる人気遊具でした。うちのはっちゃんが最後らへんにはまったのは、この「モルモット」気分を味わえる遊具です。簡単そうに見えて、バランス感覚が必要ですね。（⇒私はすっころびました）

タイヤ公園は、きちんと大人により管理されている公園なので安心です。大きな滑り台ではタイヤをおしりに敷いて滑ることができますが（滑り台の下にタイヤがあります）、小さなタイヤの貸し出しは「１５時４５分まです」とアナウンスが流れました。

Tire Park is a park that is properly managed by adults, so you can rest assured. On the big slide, you can lay the tires on your hips (there are tires under the slide), but the announcement said that the small tires can be rented until 15:45.

また、駐輪している自転車が必然的に多いのですが、場所は厳密に決まっているそう。16時頃に「線路沿いの右側に置いている人、車が通れないので左側か団地側に止めてくださ～い！」と、おじさんがアナウンスされていました。人気の公園なので、どうしても自転車の数は多くなりますからね。
