お水で遊ぶのが大好きな子供のぴったりの、無料なのにやたら豪華な科学館です！

It’s a free but gorgeous science museum perfect for kids who love playing with water!

「はっちゃんて、何でこんなに水が好きなんだろう」と、よく旦那と話しています。お風呂で遊ぶのはもちろん、公園でも気が付くと自分から濡れに行く女の子です。私は常に着替え持参で歩いていました。

そこで、今回のおでかけはりんかい線「国際展示場駅」から徒歩５分くらいの「東京都水の科学館」です。ここは公的施設なので無料なのですが、映画も見られるし、付近にサイゼリアもあるしで結構満足度が高い施設でした♡

I often talk to my husband, “Why does she like water so much?” It is a girl who goes to get wet from herself when noticing not only in the bath but also in the park. I always walked with her clothes.

So, this time we are going to the Tokyo Metropolitan Water Science Museum, which is about a 5-minute walk from the Rinkai Line “International Exhibition Center Station”. It’s a public facility, so it’s free, but you can watch movies and there is Sizeria nearby, so it was a very satisfying facility♡

大変！１階のアクア・パークの楽しさが秀逸で、なかなか子供が動きません；

very! The fun of Aqua Park on the 1st floor is excellent, and it is difficult for children to move;

１階エントランスに入るとすぐに見えるのが「アクア・パーク」。ちょうど子供の目線の高さあたりにある１０mほどの人工池の中では、ボートを浮かべたり水鉄砲で遊んだり、ドームから顔を出したり。２～５歳くらいの子供がキャッキャと遊びまくれるようなコーナーなのです。これを見ている間、大人はしばらく暇。近くにベンチがあるので休めますが、飲食はできません。

As soon as you enter the 1st floor entrance, you can see “Aqua Park”. Just float a boat, play with a water gun, and stick your face out of the dome in an artificial pond of about 10 m, which is about the height of the child’s eyes. It’s a corner where children 2-5 years old can play with.
Adults are free while watching this. There is a bench nearby so you can rest, but you cannot eat or drink.

2階のアクア・フォレストでは水が森林とつながっていること、森を守るお仕事などを学べます

At Aqua Forest on the second floor, you can learn that water is connected to the forest and work to protect the forest

東京都水の科学館は１階のアクア・パークだけでなく２階もみどころ満載です。画像はアクア・フォレストといって水と森林の関係を学べるコーナーで、スクリーンに自分の顔を写したり森を探検したり、結構楽しめます。しつこいですが、「これが無料、、？！」と親目線ですが；大満足できます♡

The Tokyo Metropolitan Water Science Museum is full of highlights not only on the 1st floor Aqua Park but also on the 2nd floor. The image is called Aqua Forest, where you can learn about the relationship between water and forest. You can enjoy yourself by taking a picture of yourself on the screen and exploring the forest. It’s persistent, but from the perspective of “This is free…?”

もっと感動したのは、アクア・トリップです。プラネタリウムで豪華なソファーで観られるのが最近ありますよね。あんな感じで、３６０度パノラマの景色をエアソファでくつろぎながら見られるのです。しかも、この科学館はあまり混んでいません。

小学生になると、夏休みの自由研究に困りませんか？東京都水の科学館では、自由研究に使えそうなネタのイベントも無料でやってくれます。豪華な自由研究がいい！という方には不向きですが、とりあえず何か出さないと！という方は、こういう公的施設の科学館などのイベントを狙ってみるのも良いと思います♡
