こんにちは。私はパートで年収が低いのに、ポイ活やクレジットカードのマイルを使い、去年何とか子供と初海外旅行に行けました。行き先は韓国のソウル。国内旅行は頻繁に行ってますが、子供生んでからの海外ってやっぱり勝手が違いますね。
Hello. Even though I work part-time and have a low annual income, I managed to go on my first overseas trip with my child using POI and credit card miles. The destination is Seoul, South Korea. I travel domestically quite often, but traveling overseas after having a child is definitely different.
というわけで、今回の「東京の小学生とお出かけ！」のテーマは子供と母親で夏休みに行くソウル２泊３日の旅、後半戦です。

２日目の午後は明洞で黄金サウナへ行った
On the afternoon of the second day, I went to the Golden Sauna in Myeong-dong.
小学生の子供と、真夏のソウル２日目の午後。明洞で舞台NANTAを見た私達は、旅の疲れを取るためお風呂を探していました。結構、普段もしょっちゅう銭湯に行くんですよね、プチ楽しみで。日本から持参した雑誌るるぶに書いてあった「黄金サウナ」を探します。
Afternoon on the second day of midsummer in Seoul with my elementary school children. After seeing the play NANTA in Myeong-dong, we were looking for a bath to relieve the fatigue of our trip.

まずはNANTAの劇場の左横にある交番を右手に歩き、１つ目の角で右折。明洞のメインストリートを歩くと、串に刺したスイカや揚餃子が売っていました。ここで我々親子は揚餃子を食べましたが、キムチが入っていて子供のはっちゃんは断念；
First, walk to the right at the police box on the left side of the NANTA theater and turn right at the first corner. As I walked down the main street of Myeong-dong, I saw skewered watermelon and fried dumplings being sold.
東京でこんな屋台があるのって、どこかなあ。浅草寺周辺とか、上野のアメ横とかですかね。ソウルは東京並に暑いので、こんなカップに入ったフルーツもおいしそうでした。値段は600円とか700円くらいだった気がします。
Seoul is as hot as Tokyo, so the fruits in these cups looked delicious. I think the price was around 600 or 700 yen.
明洞駅に戻る１ブロック手前の、明洞８ガギルと10ギルが交差するところで、明洞駅方面みて左に左折します。しばらくいくと「アカスリ」「エステ」などのカタカナが見えてきまして、それが黄金サウナです。いわゆる、日本人御用達ってやつかな？

黄金サウナの入口から地下へ降りると、途中で私と子供は日本の芸能人のサインに気づきました。「見て！サンドイッチマンいるじゃん(^o^)」とはしゃぐ我ら親子。海外で日本人の存在があると、なぜか安心するのはなぜなんだ、、！すると、「こんにちは〜」と日本語でスタッフの中年女性から声をかけられました。
Then, a middle-aged female staff member said, “Hello,” in Japanese.
冷たいお茶を出してくれ、中に案内してくれました。（ここからは写真撮ってません）店内内装は少し昭和な感じで、その中で白いドレッサーや金色の風呂釜などで少し高級感を出そうとしている感じです。

Since I was a tourist, I was offered a set menu.
私はここで単に子供とお風呂に入りたかったので、予算は3千円程度で考えてました。しかし、日本語の話せるスタッフさんは私にエステ的な一万円を超えるメニューを推してきます。私は旅やおでかけを頻繁にしたいので、１回１回の支出は結構ケチります。そのため「う〜ん、でも、いらないです」と断り、お風呂だけ入りました。（ごめんね、ケチで〜！）
I just wanted to take a bath with my child here, so I was thinking about a budget of around 3,000 yen. However, the staff who can speak Japanese recommended the aesthetic menu to me.
洗い場の中に入ると、数名の若い女性客がいました。うちの子は初めての海外でのサウナにビビっており、「ママ、離れないでよ〜！」と湯船の中でくっついてきましたｗ旅行中は疲れるので、こうして合間に銭湯に入るのって気持ちいいな〜♪と思いました（→日記？ｗｗ）帰り際に支払ったときは、ヤクルトを２本頂きました。とても良いお風呂屋さんでした！

黄金サウナを出たら、もう夕方の５時でした。外はまだ全然明るかったですけどね、もうホテルに戻ることにしました。（私ら親子は出かける回数は多いのですが、ディズニーに行ってもアトラクションに乗る数が１日で５個とか少なくて草食系です；ハハ）
When I left the Golden Sauna, it was already 5pm. Although it was still quite bright outside, I decided to go back to the hotel.
Look！韓国の証明写真機を発見。料金は日本円で500円なので、東京の半額だね！「はっちゃん、見て〜！なんか日本のやつと違うね〜」とかおしゃべりしながら、明洞に戻り、仁寺洞のモクシーホテルまで戻りました。
Look! I found a Korean ID photo machine. The price is 500 yen in Japanese yen, so it’s half the price in Tokyo!
2日目の夜も子供は韓国料理を食べたがらず
The child didn’t want to eat Korean food on the second night either.
さて、ソウルに到着して丸一日たちましたが、私らはまだ韓国料理を食べていません；我が子は辛いのが苦手で、辛くない韓国料理（キンパとか）も日本で練習させようとしましたが、嫌がりました。子は「外に行きたくない。ホテルが良い！」というので、とりあえず、日本から持参した駄菓子のブタメンにお湯を入れました。
Well, it’s been a whole day since we arrived in Seoul, but we still haven’t eaten Korean food; my child doesn’t like spicy food, so I made him practice Korean food that isn’t spicy (like gimbap) in Japan. I tried, but he didn’t like it.
じゃ〜ん！ブタメン、美味いですよね。「ブタメン、おいしい〜！」とお腹をすかせた子供はブタメンをすごい勢いで食べだしました。う〜ん、良かった。でも、これだけじゃ足りないよね。そこで、私はホテルのすぐ下にあるお店に行き、謎の卵焼きのようなものと、コンビニ（セブン）でカップラーメンを買ってきました。
See you! Butamen is delicious, isn’t it? “Butamen is delicious!” The hungry child started eating the pork noodles at great speed. Hmm, good.
この卵焼きにはニラが入っていて、味も辛くなかったので、我が子は「おいしい〜！」とベッドの上で食べまくりました。良かった、良かったｗ（→良くないけど）この卵焼きは千円くらいでしたが、作ってくれたオジサンが卵を10個くらい沢山割って作ってくれたのが印象的でした。
This tamagoyaki had chives in it and didn’t have a spicy taste, so my child ate it all over the bed, saying, “It’s delicious!” Good, good haha (→not so good) This tamagoyaki cost about 1,000 yen, but the old man who made it for me broke about 10 eggs into it.
旅行中はモバイルWI-FIがつながらなかった
Mobile WI-FI was not connected during the trip.
唐突に語りだしますが、今回、わたしは最初にイモトのWI-FIを契約しました。しかし、宅配業者さんが別のお宅へ配達してしまい、私は受け取れませんでした；（しかし、返金してもらえました♡）そこで、成田空港で今度は別のモバイルWI-FIを契約しましたが、まさかの、ソウルの２日目の夜までつながりませんでした（なんで〜！！）

However, unexpectedly, I couldn’t connect until the second night in Seoul (why!!)
旅って本当にいろんな事が起こりますよね。でも、３日目の前にWI-FIをつなげられて、本当に良かった。（ちなみに、2つ目のWI-FIのサポートの方もめちゃくちゃ良い方でした）2日目の夜、子供が寝てから私は次の日に行きたいスポットを鬼検索しまして、モクシーホテルから徒歩で近い、子供が好きそうな施設を見つけられました。
A lot of things can happen when you travel. However, I was really glad that I was able to connect to WI-FI before the third day. On the second night, after the kids went to bed, I did a quick search for spots I wanted to go to the next day and found a facility that was a short walk from Moxy Hotel that my kids would like.
3日目はスマホで見つけたアライブミュージアムへ行った
On the third day, I went to Alive Museum, which I found on my smartphone.
今回の旅の最終日に行ったのは「アライブミュージアム」です。アライブミュージアムは日本語名だと「博物館は生きている」という名前です（日本語にすると何か変）。私はぜんっぜん知らなかったのですが、アライブミュージアムはトリップアドバイザーとかコネストでの口コミ評価が高い子供向けのアミューズメントスポットでした。
On the last day of this trip, I went to Alive Museum. Alive Museum’s Japanese name is “Museum wa Alive” (it sounds weird when you say it in Japanese). I didn’t know anything about it, but Alive Museum was an amusement spot for children with high reviews on TripAdvisor and Conest.
アライブミュージアムは、私達が泊まっていたモクシー仁寺洞から徒歩10分くらいでした。いや、迷わなかったら５分で着いたかもです；

アライブミュージアムって何さ？と思いましたが、結論から言うと、トリックアートです。日本では熱海とか、観光地に必ずあるやつですね。それのソウル版なので期待してなかったのですが、すっごい小学生にはいいと思います！
What is Alive Museum? That’s what I thought, but in conclusion, it’s trick art. In Japan, it is always found in tourist spots such as Atami. I wasn’t expecting much since it’s the Seoul version, but I think it’s great for elementary school students!
トリックアートの数が多いんです。100個くらいはあります。いろんな種類のトリックアートがあるから、男の子でも女の子でも楽しめると思います！
昨日までは、ソウルの暑さや海外旅行の緊張にストレスがあったかもしれない我が子ですが、このアライブミュージアムでは本当に楽しそうでした♡（私達の前には、ボーイスカウト世界大会？に参加していた学生さん達の団体も来ていました。）最終日だけど、我が子が楽しめる施設に入れて良かった♡他の小学生にもおすすめだな〜。
Until yesterday, my child might have been stressed due to the heat in Seoul and the stress of traveling abroad, but he really seemed to be having fun at this Alive Museum ♡
鍾路3街駅から徒歩５分
Alive Museum is a 5-minute walk from Jongno 3-ga Station
アライブミュージアムは地下鉄1号線、3号線、5号線が乗り入れる「鍾路3街駅」からいけます。最寄り駅から歩いて行けますが、夏休みに子供と行くなら、とても暑いのでタクシーを拾っていくのもよいかもしれせん。
Alive Museum can be accessed from Jongno 3-ga Station, which is served by subway lines 1, 3, and 5. You can walk from the nearest station, but if you’re going with kids during summer vacation, it might be a good idea to take a taxi because it’s very hot.
我々は朝9時くらいにホテルを出発し（ありがとう！）、仁寺洞通りを歩き、アライブミュージアムへ向かいました。
We left the hotel around 9am (thank you!) and walked down Insadong Street to Alive Museum.
途中、おじいさんがやっている書道の筆のお店があったので、そこで韓国風の団扇を買ったり。
On the way, I came across a calligraphy brush shop run by an old man, so I bought a Korean-style fan there.
帽子屋さんでパパ、じーじ、ばーばに帽子を買ったり。
おしゃれなカフェに入ってみたり。
二日目の東大門歩きと明洞歩きと暑さにやられていましたが、3日目はホテルから出てすぐなので、まだ元気！
The second day I was walking around Dongdaemun and Myeongdong, and the heat was killing me, but on the third day, I was just leaving the hotel, so I was still feeling strong!
カフェを出てしばらく歩くと、アライブミュージアムらしき建物を発見できました。スマホのGoogleMapを見ながらですが、若干迷ってしまったので、やはり海外でモバイルWi-Fiはいるね！と痛感しました。
ちなみに、アライブミュージアムの入口はタプコル公園という大きな公園に面していたので、タプコル公園を目指して歩いてもよいかもしれません。（ただし、大きな公園なので向きに注意ですな、、）
By the way, the entrance to Alive Museum faced a large park called Tapgol Park, so you might want to walk towards Tapgol Park. (However, it is a large park, so be careful about the direction.)
駅まで行くのが遅すぎてA’REXへ乗りそびれる
I got to the station too late and missed the A’REX train.
こんな感じで３日目をはっちゃんとママは楽しんでおりましたが、少し空港へ向かうのが遅かったです；（写真撮りすぎ？）最寄り駅は１号線、３号線、５号線が乗り入れていて便利なのですが、その分、また深い地下まで潜らなくてはならず、結構時間がかかりました。
Hatchan and his mom enjoyed the third day like this, but we were a little late heading to the airport; (maybe we took too many photos?) The nearest station is conveniently connected to Lines 1, 3, and 5. However, we had to go deeper underground, which took quite a while.
また、鐘路３路駅から１号線に乗りソウル駅に行ったまではいいのですが、そこからA’REXの乗り継ぎがうまくできず、ぐるぐる回ってしまい（悲劇！）。KLOOKで予約していた便は仁川空港へ行ってしまいました。（あ、詰んだ）と思いましたが、すぐに次の便の時間を調べ、予約した便ではないのに次のA’REXが来たら車内に入り、英語で韓国の職員さん（美人）に事情を説明し、クレジットカードでもう一度予約をし直して、仁川空港まで到着できたのでした（めっちゃヒヤヒヤした）
Also, it was fine until I took Line 1 from Jongno 3no Station to Seoul Station, but I couldn’t connect to A’REX from there and ended up going around in circles (tragedy!). The flight I had booked on KLOOK went to Incheon Airport. (Oh, it’s loaded), I thought, but I quickly checked the time of the next flight, went inside, explained the situation to the Korean employee (beautiful) in English, and made another reservation with my credit card. , I was able to arrive at Incheon Airport (I was so scared).
そのため、我が子は時間に遅れると怖い；というのがわかったと思います；そんな感じで、かなりドタバタでしたが２泊３日を楽しめました！今年の夏は台湾に行くので、しっかり調べて子供と夏休みを満喫したいです。ではでは、またいつか〜(^o^)
